What these terms cover

They do not govern your use of Mira, our agent platform for the Customer Lifecycle, or any other paid Here AI product or service. Those products and services are governed by the separate written agreement entered into with each customer.

If there is any conflict between these terms and a customer agreement regarding a paid product or service, the customer agreement will control.

Using the site

We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, and non-transferable right to access and view this site and its content for your own informational purposes and to evaluate whether to work with Here AI.

You agree not to:

• copy, reproduce, republish, sell, license, or commercially exploit any part of the site without our written permission
• scrape, harvest, or systematically extract content from the site, including for the purpose of creating a dataset or training an artificial intelligence or machine-learning model
• probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the site or circumvent any security, access, or authentication measure
• interfere with the operation of the site, place an unreasonable load on our infrastructure, or introduce malicious or harmful code
• misrepresent your identity or submit information that is false, unlawful, infringing, or that you do not have the right to provide
